We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Venue Liaison Officer to join our team!

n

What You Will Do:

n

As a Venue Liaison Officer, you will work collaboratively within the City Venues Team to deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support across Council's venues and facilities. You will play a critical role in managing venue bookings, coordinating maintenance activities, administering permits, and ensuring accurate data and record management across Council systems.

n

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with a diverse range of customers, and takes pride in providing efficient, professional and customer-focused service.

What We Are Looking For:

n

Secondary education to Grade 12 and suitable qualifications or experience relevant to administrative and clerical work.

n

Demonstrated experience in the performance of clerical duties, accounts,



financial recording and office administration tasks.

n

Highly developed time management and organisational skills.

n

Demonstrated computer skills and ability with appropriate computer software in particular Microsoft Office applications.

n

Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
