At its core, this role is all about community connection, and your day-to-day is a reflection of this by greeting our local customers with a welcoming Central West attitude, asking the right questions to understand their tool, accessory, and PPE needs, and following up to make sure they're completely happy with their purchase.

You aren't just ringing up sales; you are a trusted advisor building long-term relationships with local tradies, farmers, and DIYers.

- Extensive Training: You don't need to know every tool inside out on day one! We provide comprehensive, ongoing product and sales training directly from top-tier suppliers to ensure you are confident and set up for success.

- Reliable Consistent Roster: Work on a stable 11-day fortnightly roster with just 1 rostered weekend day each week!
