The Auto Gallery is seeking an experienced vehicle sourcing Consultant or Agent to join our premium dealership in Castle Hill. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on sourcing vehicles, and earning uncapped commissions.

About the Role

n

As a vehicle sourcing Consultant, you will manage the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing vehicles to closing buyers. This is a results-driven role with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

n

Weekend and Sunday work required.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Source vehicles from private sellers
n




- Sign seller declarations and buying agreements
n
- Manage seller relationships and provide regular updates
n
- Handle buyer enquiries and close sales
n
- Negotiate pricing and maximise gross profit
n
- Coordinate test drives, inspections, and handovers
n
- Follow up leads and generate repeat and referral business
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership or independent)
n
- Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
n
- Experience with vehicle sourcing or agency sales (preferred)
n
- Confident phone manner and strong follow-up skills
n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commission-focused
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deals
n
- Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
n
- Full Australian driver's licence (required)
n
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
n
