The Queensland Government has committed to the Mackay Hospital Expansion Project (MHEP) is part of the Queensland Government's Hospital Rescue Plan. The Mackay Hospital expansion will deliver:At least 128 new overnight bedsServices including surgical, maternity, neonatal and paediatricA new,
