- Documentation Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Visa Lodgment: Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients through the appropriate channels, adhering to relevant regulations and deadlines.

- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their applications and address any concerns or queries.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, staying updated on changes and developments in migration policies.

Requirements:

- MARA License:



Must hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.

- Experience: Fresh or 1 years of experience working as a migration agent, with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.

- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
