Wellways, based in Mildura, is seeking a Recovery Worker to support individuals in their recovery goals within the community. You will conduct initial conversations, develop action plans and deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support, including group activities and connection to peer programs and primary health services.
This permanent part time role (3–4 days per week) requires a valid Australian driver's license, willingness to travel between service locations, and compliance with checks.
