Varsity in Victoria is seeking Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to lead frontline teams, deliver exceptional service, and keep the venue running smoothly.

You will mentor Front of House teams, run bar and service operations, support with events, staffing and promotions, and help maximise guest satisfaction while maintaining the brand's fun, high-energy culture.

RSA and Approved Manager cards are required; first aid training is preferred; prior arcade or bowling experience is a big plus.
