Job Description
This permanent part time role (32 hours per week) is for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration. Basedat Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the bestnursing care and advice to patients.

About you
n

Experience in Palliative Care or interest in working inthis specialist area
n
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
n
Ability to work a rotating roster
n
Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline
n




Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
n
Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
n
Sound computer skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Empathy and patience
