Team Leader – CNC Operator Caravan & Truck Panel Manufacturing | Afternoon Shift n
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / CNC Operator to join our growing Caravan and Truck Panel Manufacturing team.
n
Operating 3-axis A.R.T. flat-bed large-format CNC machines, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
n
Operate and set up 3-axis A.R.T. flat-bed large-format CNC machines
n
Read and interpret CAD drawings and CNC files
n
Lead and support a small production team
n
Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule and to a high quality
n
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and quality
n
Identify and resolve production issues
n
Assist with training and mentoring team members
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
About You
n
We are seeking someone who has:
n
Previous CNC operating experience, preferably with large-format flat-bed machinery
n
Proven leadership or team leader experience
n
Ability to confidently read and interpret CAD drawings
n
Robust understanding and commitment to workplace health & safety
n




Excellent attention to detail and quality
n
Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team
n
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
n
Experience in caravan, truck, transport, sheet/board or panel manufacturing is highly regarded
n
Shift
n
Afternoon Shift – 12:30pm to 9:06PM
n
