Job Description
HealthcareLink Trust seeks a Senior Social Worker (MLHD Renal Stream) to deliver high-quality psychosocial services to renal patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will assess needs, advocate for patients, provide information and education, and coordinate community referrals within a client-centred framework.

The role engages with late-stage chronic kidney disease patients, offering emotional and practical support while contributing to practice development within MLHD Renal Unit.
