Little Zak's Academy in Penrith is seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) & Educational Leader to join our privately owned, family-run service. The role blends leadership of the service with educational program oversight, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
You will provide mentorship to staff, support curriculum development, ensure safety and compliance, and lead in staff onboarding and performance management.
