Located in Paddington NSW , Barbetta is an Italian hospitality business offering dine-in services alongside functions, catering, masterclasses and a range of retail products and gift offerings.
n Barbetta is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate and implement marketing activities that promote the business, its services, events and product offerings.
n Key Responsibilities

Planning, developing and coordinating marketing campaigns to promote Barbetta's services, events and products.
n
Researching market trends, customer preferences and potential opportunities to support marketing decisions.
n
Developing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
n
Coordinating promotional content and marketing materials across relevant communication channels.
n
Supporting the promotion of the restaurant, functions, catering, masterclasses and retail offerings.
n
Analysing marketing performance and customer data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing objectives, strategies and promotional programs.
n




Coordinating marketing activities and campaigns within established timelines and budgets.
n
Providing recommendations on promotional strategies, product positioning and customer engagement.
n
Monitoring market and consumer trends relevant to the hospitality and retail offerings of the business.

About You n
n
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualified experience.
n
Demonstrated experience in marketing, campaign coordination and promotional activities.
n
Solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market trends.
n
Ability to analyse marketing data and identify market opportunities.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Valuable organisational and project coordination skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and priorities.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
