Well, we may have just found the job for you.

Your duties will include:
n
Tasting all of our beers on tap — strictly for "product knowledge", of course.
n
Learning about the beers, the styles and the breweries that make them.
n
Learning about brewing, hops, malt, yeast and all the things that turn four simple ingredients into something delicious.
n
Talking to people about beer and helping them discover something recent.
n
And yes... you will actually have to serve the beer too.
n
Some employers might call this job a Bartender.
n
At the South Coast Tap House, we prefer the title Beer Educator.
n
You don't need to already be a beer expert, we can teach you. What we're looking for is someone who is passionate about beer, enjoys talking to people and wants to learn.
n
Warning: extensive "product testing" may be required
