You'll be responsible for creating a great experience for our customers while supporting the team, maintaining high food and service standards and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
n

- Lead, motivate and support the restaurant team
n
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
n
- Maintain excellent customer service and food-quality standards
n
- Manage staff rosters,
training and day-to-day performance
n
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and beverage costs
n
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards are maintained
n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
- Monitor sales, labour costs and other key operational targets
n
- Help create a positive, energetic and team-focused workplace
n
- Work closely with the owners to improve restaurant performance
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
- A genuine focus on customer service
n
- Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods
n
- Knowledge of food safety and hospitality procedures
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
n
n
Experience in a pizza restaurant or high-volume takeaway environment is an advantage, but we're also open to experienced hospitality supervisors ready to take the next step.
