Legal Secretary | Support a Body Corporate Partner

We're on the hunt for a Legal Secretary to directly support a friendly Body Corporate Law Partner!

This full-time position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in a thriving legal team, where you'll be rolling up your sleeves to deliver essential legal support while contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the office. Please note, having Body Corporate Law experience is not essential, as long as you have worked as a Legal Secretary at a law firm.

What your day will look like:

Every day is packed with variety, challenges, and the thrill of supporting the team. Here's what you'll be tackling:

- Secretarial support to the Partner on a daily basis as well as the broader Body Corporate team when needed
n
- End of month accounts
n
- Typing and proofreading
n
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies
n

About you:

You're more than just reliable; you're proactive, polished and bring enthusiasm to the office. You have high attention to detail, your communication is clear and you're ready to put your hand up to assist the team and learn new skills. You would describe your skills as some of the following:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary

- Organisation
n
- Time management
n
- Communication

- Detail-oriented

- Confidentiality and discretion.
