Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trust Account Specialist to support our diverse client base by delivering high-quality trust accounting support within real estate environments. This role suits a detail-oriented qualified who enjoys working with financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting holiday property management teams to operate with confidence.

You will play a key role in training and assisting clients to accurately process trust account transactions, perform reconciliations, and meet all relevant legislative and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

- Onboard and train property managers in the effective use of trust accounting software in the holiday property management sector
n
- Provide guidance on correct trust accounting processes, including receipting, reconciliations, refunds, and disbursements
n
- Liaise with property managers to investigate and resolve trust ledger queries
n
- Support clients in understanding and complying with statutory requirements, including the Property,



Stock and Business Agents Act
n
- Respond to client enquiries via the support ticketing system
n
- Provide telephone-based trust accounting support as required
n

About you

- Strong experience with trust accounting software; RMS experience is highly regarded
n
- Exceptional accuracy and diligence when handling financial data and client funds
n
- Solid understanding of trust account legislation and compliance obligations
n
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
