Role: Dimensions Care Senior Partner

Goodstart Early Learning is currently seeking an Senior Dimensions Care Partner. The Senior Dimensions Care Partner position acts as the first point of contact for Dimensions system and operational workforce planning related enquiries from Centre Directors and teams.

n

As a senior partner you will coach and develop junior partners understanding of Labour, forecasting and same age band rostering (SABR). You will be responsible for actioning internal workflows ensuring outcomes align to policy.

n

Help design & deliver training for new staff onboarding and as needs arise from the centres.

You'll bring to the table:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months' experience in rostering/workforce planning and/or payroll
n
- Experience with a rostering system - UKG Pro (Dimensions) or Kronos systems experience is highly desirable
n
- Early childhood industry experience is highly desirable
n
- Highly organised approach to work
n
- Multi-tasks by managing a range of tasks & activities on a daily basis
n
- Prioritise and manages time effectively
n
- Deliver support and training in a way that builds capacity and capability in centre teams
n
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst achieving outcomes within a team workplace
n
- Strong focus on customer service responding to internal customer queries
n
- Strategic and effective communication skills in a multi-disciplinary/geographically dispersed environment
n
- Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate, negotiate and influence objectives with stakeholders
n
- Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing in
n
