An opportunity for a bubbly, driven and highly organised Administrator to join the team at Macquarie Collections in Melbourne. You will not only be developing your already existing administrative skills, but also be trained in Civil Litigation and collections.

The Role
n
Your duties will include, however will not be limited to:
n
n
- First point of contact for clients
n
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
n
- Data entry and maintenance
n
- Filing, both electronically and physically
n
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
n
- Processing legal documentation and procedures using multiple systems
n
- Assistance to lead Account Manager
n
n
The Person
n
To be successful in this role, you will:
n
n
- Have previous experience within an administrative role (preferred)
n
- Have a pleasant and skilled phone manner
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Be quick to learn new systems and processes
n
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
n
- Have some knowledge of Civil Litigation or Collections (not essential)
n
n
Must have full working rights in Australia
