Busy Barber is looking for a fully qualified and highly skilled barber to join our team. You will provide modern and traditional barbering services to our diverse clientele in a community-focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

n

Complete high-quality haircuts efficiently (at least 3 valuable quality haircuts within an hour)

n

Provide clippers and scissor style cuts, fades, cut throat services

n

Perform dry and wet shaves

n

Provide beard trims and line ups

n

Provide kids cuts (High School, Primary & Under)

n

Clean your station, tools and towels routinely

n

Perform basic housekeeping

n

Handle cash and reconciling

n

Assist with opening and closing the shop

n

About you

n

Holds a Certificate III in Barbering

n

Reliable, punctual and professional

n

Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work unsupervised

n

Prioritises exceptional customer service

n





Possesses strong interpersonal skills to build genuine connections and loyal clients

n

Communicates positively and effectively with clients and colleagues

n

Listens with empathy to resolve customer or team concerns

n

Creative, passionate and enthusiastic

n

Shows an interest in the latest evolving barbering trends and appreciation of the classics of the craft
