About the Role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse with Medication Endorsement, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care across diverse residential and clinic settings. You will support clients in achieving their health and well-being goals through comprehensive nursing interventions. You will provide both physical and emotional care, administer medications, uphold strict infection control measures and promote safe self-care management whenever possible. You will also ensure the timely management of any changes in client health, well-being, or behavior.

Responsibilities include:

- Supports clients in residential and clinic settings and helps them achieve their health and well-being goals.
n
- Monitors both physical and emotional care of clients, administers medications, and upholds infection prevention and control measures.
n
- Undertakes nursing interventions within the defined scope of practice, including clinical assessment, and planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
n
- Maintains regular communication and seeks assistance from the Registered Nurse (RN) as needed. Responds promptly to sudden changes in clients' health,



well-being, or behaviour, and reports concerns to ensure timely and appropriate intervention.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

n

n
- Diploma required; Nursing, Healthcare is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
n
- Minimal experience in clinical support or nursing in a healthcare setting is preferred.
n
- Enrolled Nurse (EN) Certification is prescribed.
n
- Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Patient Case Management and Person-Centered Practice skills is preferred.
n
- Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
n
