About the Opportunity:

Full-time and casual positions are available for Experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our opening team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

n

- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
n
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
n
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
n
- Time management skills
n
- Attention to detail
n
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
- Qualified presentation and strong communication
n
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
n
- Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
n
