Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our bar, gaming, and dining areas while helping create a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

- Providing outstanding customer service to all patrons
n
- Preparing and serving beverages in a busy bar environment
n
- Operating gaming facilities and assisting gaming patrons
n
- Taking food and beverage orders
n
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
n
- Following responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations
n
- Working collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure smooth operations
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a bar environment
n
- Gaming experience is highly regarded
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Energetic, positive, and reliable attitude
n




- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced hospitality environment
n
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Current RSA certificate (required)
n
- Current RSG/RCG certificate (preferred)
n
