Hastings Electrical is an independently owned electrical wholesaler specialising in industrial electrical products. Based in Glendenning, we operate a large branch servicing customers throughout Sydney, with a strong focus on fast, reliable service and same-day delivery.

We are looking for the right person to join our Internal Sales team.
n
This is a hands‐on customer service and sales role. You'll work directly with our customers, suppliers, warehouse and delivery team to ensure enquiries and orders are handled quickly, accurately and professionally.
The Role n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
n
Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
n
Sourcing products and pricing from suppliers
n
Following up customer enquiries and quotations
n
Assisting customers with product selection and availability
n
Working closely with our warehouse and delivery team
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
n
Helping ensure orders are processed efficiently for same-day delivery
n
General sales administration and other duties reasonably required
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who communicates well,



enjoys dealing with customers and wants to become an integral part of our team.

You will ideally have:

Solid communication and customer service skills
n
Confidence speaking with customers and suppliers
n
Good computer skills and the ability to learn current systems
n
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
n
The ability to organise and prioritise your workload
n
A willingness to learn products and develop your knowledge
n
A practical approach to solving customer problems
n
The ability to work well as part of a busy team
n
n
Electrical wholesale experience is preferred.
