This widely recognised studio works across a variety of high-end projects in Melbourne and wider Australia, ranging from multi-residential, single-residential, commercial and cultural. Thepractice is seeking a skilled Registered Architect to join themwho is capable leading design and delivery of
projects,whilstcollaboratingwith
the wider team. They are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a solid eye for design and solid Revit documentation experience and contract admin experienceacross Multi-res / Mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities:
n
Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages
n
Contribute to projects from concept to completion
n
Prepare highly detailedRevit documentation
n
Lead projects autonomously across their lifecycle
n




Collaborate with Director and broader team through design process
n
Liaise withclients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills
n
Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team
Skills & Experience:
n
Approximately 7+years' post-graduate experience
n
Revit proficiency is a must!
n
Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded
n
Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi-res, single-res and commercial
n
Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Take ownership and run projects autonomously
