Townsville Hospital and Health Service – Townsville QLD is seeking a Social Worker for the Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit. The 38‐bed service provides short‐term, intensive assessment, treatment and support for adults experiencing acute mental health challenges.
Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver recovery‐oriented, person‐centred care with a focus on recovery, stabilisation and wellbeing, discharge planning and community transition.
