Our client is a leading company and is proud to be a market leader in the supply and distribution of high-quality IT services throughout Australia. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an IT Support Technician -Level 1 team member on a full time contract basis to provide IT support, applications install, troubleshooting networking/connectivity issues and administrative services to our client.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:

n

n
- Answer incoming support calls and provide resolution within SLA using our client's call logging system.
n
- User administration, support and management of Active Directory, JD Edwards, MS Office 365, MS Exchange Online, MS Teams and other applications.
n
- Desktop and Laptop SOE deployment, support, and repair.
n
- Administration and support or various peripheral devices.
n
- Handheld Device deployment and support (including smartphones and other IOS devices).
n
- Application installation, upgrades, configuration, and support.
n
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues (Cellular, Satellite, WiFi, LAN, VPN,



xDSL, Fibre, NBN).
n
- Organising warranty and repairs for faulty devices.
n
- Purchasing, stock and asset management using our asset management system.
n
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
n

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

n

n
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
n
- Qualifications in IT or relevant are desirable.
n
- Familiar with using JD Edwards, MS Office 365, MS Exchange Online, MS Teams and other applications.
n
- experience in connectivity issues -Cellular, Satellite, WiFi, LAN, VPN, xDSL, Fibre, NBN.
n
- Strong communication and client management skills.
n
- Motivated with a desire to succeed.
n
- Ability to work well under pressure.
n
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
n
