We're looking for experienced Sommeliers to join our growing team across the group. Whether you're drawn to progressive wine programs, premium restaurants or fast-paced, high-performing service, this is an chance to work alongside some of the industry's best, develop your wine knowledge and build your career with one of Melbourne's leading hospitality groups.

Our ideal candidate will have

n

2+ years experience as a Sommelier in premium restaurants or wine-focused venues

n

Strong knowledge of wine, with a genuine passion for learning and developing your expertise

n

Exceptional attention to detail and a confident, engaging approach to guest service

n

A strong understanding of food and wine pairing and the ability to confidently guide guests

n





Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

n

WSET and/or CMS certification is advantageous but not required

n
