Big Little Futures Early Learning is a growing, purpose-driven early education provider committed to delivering exceptional care and meaningful learning outcomes for children aged 2–5. Our Callala Bay centre is built on strong values, community trust and a child-led approach that empowers children to grow through curiosity, play and relationships.

We're expanding our passionate team and are seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator/RP who shares our commitment to creating an workplace where children and educators thrive.

The Role

n

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:

n

n
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
n
- Create engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning environments
n
- Implement the EYLF and NQS in daily practice
n
- Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and reflection
n
- Support the growth and wellbeing of children through responsive interactions
n
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators
n
- Guide and mentor team members, offering leadership when required
n
- Champion safety, wellbeing and regulatory compliance
n

About You

n

You are an educator who values professionalism, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood. You bring:

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a long day care environment
n
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and child-centred learning
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to contribute positively to centre culture
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
n
- Understanding of child protection legislation
n
- A warm, respectful and reflective approach to teaching
n
