About the role

n

Queensland Sign Factory is looking for a reliable and practical person to join our team as a Casual Real Estate Signage Installer.

n

This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with up to 38 hours available each week. Based from our Everton Hills workshop on Brisbane's north side, you will travel throughout the greater Brisbane area installing and removing real estate signs for our clients.

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors and managing their own daily schedule. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Installing and removing real estate signs at residential and commercial properties throughout Brisbane
n
- Safely securing signs according to job requirements
n
- Using basic hand and power tools
n
- Following a daily schedule provided through our mobile app
n
- Taking completion photos and accurately updating job information
n
- Reporting damaged signs, access issues or other problems to the team
n
- Keeping the work vehicle, tools and installation materials clean and organised
n
- Communicating professionally with clients, agents and members of the public
n
- Assisting in the workshop when required
n

What we're looking for

- A current open manual driver's licence
n




- Reliability and the ability to work independently
n
- Good time-management and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
n
- Confidence using basic hand and power tools
n
- Good communication and customer-service skills
n
- A commitment to safe work practices
n
- The physical ability to perform outdoor, hands‐on work
n
- Previous signage, installation, construction or trade experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
