MOTEL MANAGER - MAYFAIR RIDGE TRADING PTY LTD

At MAYFAIR RIDGE TRADING PTY LTD we are seeking a skilled Motel Manager who can effectively lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a high standard of accommodation, dining, and hospitality services, while maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and well-managed operation. The Motel Manager will be responsible for supervising the work and activities of reception, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate motel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and food service, ensuring consistently high standards of guest service.

Supervise security and room and facilities maintenance to ensure the motel is safe, well-presented, and maintained to a high standard.

Ensure the motel operates in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards, including workplace health and safety requirements.

Monitor and evaluate guest feedback and satisfaction,



identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience and service delivery.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

At least relevant diploma level qualification.

Experience: At least 12 months experience in a similar role.

Other Qualifications: Marketing experience/course valued but not essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

RMS Knowledge.

Ability to establish priorities.

Ability to lead and coordinate various departments.
