We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team, located in Acacia Ridge.

Job details:

Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for Parts support to our diverse range of customers as well as our Service Technicians.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Spare Parts Interpretation
n
- Processing Spare Parts orders
n
- Prepare and follow up on quote request
n
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently for counter, phone and email request
n
- Assist with aspects of the warehouse when required
n
- Provide professional Customer Service to all our customers
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Previous Parts Interpretation experience in either the Construction or Transport industries
n
- Mechanical and/or technical knowledge (beneficial)
n
- Strong organisational skills
n
- Excellent phone and face to face Customer service skills
n
