BMVS, a division of Bupa, seeks a Senior Administrator to lead the Receptionist and Concierge team at our Melbourne centre. You will ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the integrity of visa medical assessments.

The role requires coordinating rosters, staff development, onboarding, and day-to-day administration, with peak start times and occasional weekend shifts. A robust healthcare admin background is preferred.
