This is a fairly autonomous role, with a small team onsite running the Clubhouse operations.

Job Role & Responsibilities

The role consists of:

n

- Produce and maintain consistently high level of food preparation & presentation
n
- Bistro style menu, ability to create menu's to suit clientele and venue
n
- Set roster, includes weekends however no late nights! This venue is open around our Sailing activities, and events.
n

Skills and Experience

n

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

n

n
- Minimum of 2year experience in a similar role
n
- Work as a positive, professional, team member with a 'can-do' attitude
n
- Good understanding of food safety requirements & standards for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
n
- A real team player: our Team works closely together to achieve excellence for our members, and guests
n
- Ability to smile until the end of service!
