Job Description

Invermay Farms is looking for a motivated Farm Hand or experienced Senior Farm Hand to join our dairy team. You will work alongside our farm manager, who brings exceptional knowledge, high standards and a solid commitment to developing his team. The role and level of responsibility can be tailored to suit either a developing Farm Hand or an experienced Senior Farm Hand.

Key responsibilities

- Work as part of the dairy team on farm operations

- Work safely and confidently around animals and farm machinery
n
- Work the rostered early starts, weekends and public holidays that are part of dairy farming
n
- Take responsibility and roll up your sleeves when the job needs doing

About you

- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
n
- Positive attitude and works well within a team
n
- Comfortable taking direction and working to high standards
n




- Dairy or livestock experience—or a genuine desire to develop it
n
- Can work safely and confidently around animals and farm machinery
n
- Holds a current driver's licence and own transport
n
- Available for the rostered early starts, weekends and public holidays that are part of dairy farming
n
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted working rights
