Job Description

The role:

n

Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from start to finish with the support of a close-knit team of lawyers and very experienced paralegals.

n

Provide empathetic, strategic advice to clients navigating separation, parenting disputes, and financial settlements.

n

Draft court documents and negotiate settlements.

n

Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and in Court, including instructing Counsel.

n

Collaborate with a supportive team of lawyers who value integrity, autonomy, and excellence.

About you

n

The ideal candidate must have:

n

Minimum of a year of legal experience.

n

Be highly organised, proactive and solutions driven.

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

n

Ability to prioritise, multitask and adopt a proactive approach to your work.

n

Professional approach and presentation.
