About the Role

n

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Epsom team in a permanent part‐time role. In this role, you'll support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‐based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

n

You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to high‐quality outcomes for every child.

- Support play‐based learning aligned with the EYLF
n
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
n
- Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning setting
n
- Assist with observations and documentation
n
- Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team
n
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
n
- ACECQA‐recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
n
- Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
n
- Passionate about children's learning, wellbeing,



and development
n
- A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
n
- Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
- Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
n
