We are looking for a
friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist
to join our busy allied health clinic in Cleveland.
n
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and an key part of keeping the clinic running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is confident with people, enjoys being busy and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
The Role n
n
Greeting clients and managing reception
n
Answering phones and responding to enquiries
n
Booking and managing appointments
n
Processing payments, Medicare and HICAPS claims
n
Managing referrals and client paperwork
n
Liaising with doctors, case managers and other healthcare providers
n
Processing accounts and invoices
n
General administration and data entry
n
Supporting our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
n
Helping keep the clinic organised and running smoothly
n




About You n

Are confident speaking with clients in person and over the phone
n
Are organised and have positive attention to detail
n
Can multitask and stay calm in a busy workplace
n
Are reliable and work well as part of a team

Are confident with computers and happy to learn new systems

Have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to jump in and get things done
n
Previous
medical reception or allied health experience
would be an advantage, but we are also happy to hear from applicants with robust reception, administration or customer service experience.
