Legal Assistant - Litigation and Commercial Law - Lilydale OfficeJohnstone and Reimer Lawyers – Croydon VICJohnstone and Reimer Lawyers are a well-respected general practice firm with offices in Lilydale, Berwick, and Reservoir.We are looking for a legal secretary to join our team, supporting our Litigation and Commercial Law teams, based in Lilydale.As a full time legal secretary at Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers, your primary responsibilities will be to:Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including sending lettersandemails and making telephone calls;Taking recent client enquiries and booking consultations;Generating and reviewing precedent legal documents;Document management;Scheduling and diary management;Experience in Litigation or Commercial Law is not essential but experience in a law office would be favourably looked upon.
Experience in sales or reception would also be a positive.Key attributes required are high attention to detail, friendly and personable manner, excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude.Please note that during the recruitment and selection process, shortlisted applicants may be asked to submit a national police check.
