Job Description
EST10 in Sydney is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of industrial, commercial, and retail assets. You will take day-to-day ownership, monitor financials, lead leasing activities, and drive portfolio performance with senior leadership.

You will build relationships with tenants and partners, manage budgets and cashflow, and ensure compliance and timely reporting while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach in a rapid-paced private family office setting.
