Based in Guyra, this hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced civil construction qualified who enjoys leading a crew from the front. You'll coordinate daily drainage maintenance activities while working alongside the team to deliver protected, productive outcomes for our community

You will bring:

Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to civil construction work.

Strong planning and organisational skills to coordinate crews and deliver outcomes.

Experience operating a range of civil plant and equipment.
n
Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
n
A genuine commitment to workplace safety.
n
The ability to confidently use technology and maintain accurate records.

What you'll get n

$1,420 per week + super, based on a 38-hour week

Permanent full-time position

9-day fortnight (every second Friday off)
