This is a Casual position and will encompass both front office reception duties and general housekeeping, depending on the operational needs of the property.Key responsibilitiesFront OfficeWelcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processesManage reservations, guest enquiries, emails and telephone callsProcess payments and maintain accurate guest recordsProvide local area information and deliver friendly, qualified guest serviceComplete general reception and administrative tasksGeneral cleaning and room checksHighly visual approach to the property's cleanliness and maintenanceUnpacking and storage of linen in an organised and productive mannerAssisting cleaners with the preparation of guest rooms,
