About the role

n

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to help maintain our food manufacturing facility to the highest standards. This role on offer is Monday to Thursday starting from 11am - 8pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Thoroughly clean and sanitise production equipment, machinery, and surfaces to meet food safety standards.
n
- Disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
n
- Remove rubbish and recycling from designated areas.
n
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
n
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
n
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
n
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
n




- Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Sanitation Team Leader or Manager.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred).
n
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.
n
- Familiarity with WHS and HACCP principles.
n
- Experience operating cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
