About the Client

Our client is an international specialty retailer sitting at the intersection of sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range built around some of the world's most recognisable sporting teams and cultural influences.

With a brand-new North Lakes store opening in October, they are looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch, build the team and create a high-energy store environment from day one.

n

Whether you're a seasoned Store Manager who genuinely loves the product category or a newer Store Manager at the beginning of your leadership journey, there is flexibility to consider the right person.

About the role

n

Leading a team of approximately five, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance and culture of the store.

n

You will:

n

n
- Recruit, lead, coach and motivate a new retail team
n
- Help establish the store culture from opening day
n
- Create an energetic and engaging customer experience
n
- Drive performance and keep the team focused on daily goals
n
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
- Manage stock, replenishment and day-to-day store operations
n
- Support rostering, training and team development
n
- Connect with customers who genuinely love sport, streetwear and the product
n

What you'll bring

n

n




- Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 2IC
n
- Confidence leading, motivating and developing a small team
n
- A hands‐on approach and love of being on the shop floor
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Good operational capability across stock, merchandising and daily store routines
n
- Energy, personality and the ability to create a great team environment
n
- A genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture will be highly regarded
n

We're open to different levels of experience. You could be an accomplished Store Manager looking for a fun product category and fresh challenge, or an emerging Store Manager looking for the opportunity to put your own stamp on a store.
