About the opportunity
Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our asset services team, handling key project coordination and ensuring smooth operations across multiple active regional projects.

Roles and responsibilities
- Manage flights, vehicles and accommodation requirements for all personnel including site-based staff.
- Enter and review personnel timesheets.
- Raise purchase orders and review customer invoicing as required by the services team.
- Raise and complete projects / activities within the ERP system.
- Complete and issue the end of month project and contract reports as directed.
- Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs.
- Reconcile the maintenance services team’s expenditure and submit to the Delivery Manager for approval.

About you
You’re a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in supporting financial reporting.
Experienced in using large corporate ERP systems and skilled in processing large volume data.
Your attitude is everything, for success in this role, you will pride yourself on taking an out-of-the-box approach where no task is too big.
Exceptional skill in efficiently handling vast amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail, especially in the realm of timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and precision at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint. Experience in Pronto will be highly regarded.
