Job Description

Noẽma, the latest Lucas Collective concept opening in Melbourne's CBD, seeks a Sommelier to lead wine service and cellar management. You'll work in a high‐energy, guest‐centric workplace, shaping wine program and guest experiences from day one.

You will grow your wine knowledge with guidance from senior sommeliers, while contributing to Noẽma's theatre of Josper‐grilled cooking and Greek‐influenced Mediterranean cuisine.
