Your Day-to-Day

n

n
- Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties
n
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Manage arrears, lease renewals, and tenant communication
n
- Issue notices and handle breaches when required
n
- Attend tribunal hearings (NCAT) when necessary
n
- Deliver a high level of service that reflects a premium brand
n

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience managing your own portfolio
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Proactive, organised, and confident working autonomously
n
