We are a growing recruitment agency based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our team. This role would suit someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experiencewho is confident managing the recruitment process independently and delivering successful placements across multiple vacancies.

About the Role

- Taking and understanding client briefs
n
- Talent mapping and proactive candidate sourcing
n
- Screening and interviewing candidates
n
- Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to clients
n
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
n
- Offer negotiation and placement
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
n
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and successful placements independently
n




- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on candidate and client experience
n
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
n
