Casual Gym Staff / Group Fitness Trainer (PT Opportunity Available)

Jetts Beerwah is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Gym Staff Member / Group Fitness Trainer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting members on their fitness journey, and contributing to a positive gym community.
You'll be working in a modern Jetts facility with a supportive team, helping deliver great member experiences while building your own experience in the fitness industry.

The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming members and assisting with reception duties




Providing excellent customer service and member support
Maintaining a clean, friendly and inspiring gym environment
Running or assisting with group fitness classes
Helping build a strong and positive community within the gym
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, outgoing and confident engaging with people
Reliable, professional and proactive
Passionate about health and fitness
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Blue Card
Certificate IV in Fitness is highly regarded but not essential.
For those with Cert IV and an ABN, there may also be the opportunity to grow your own Personal Training business within the gym.
