landlords and the Property Management teamCoordinating advertising and preparing properties for leaseAssisting with tenancy commencement and documentationManaging leasing administration and CRM updatesSupporting the wider Property Management team where requiredWhat We're Looking ForYou'll need:Minimum 6 months' real estate experiencePrevious leasing experience highly regardedCurrent NSW Certificate of RegistrationStrong communication and customer service skillsConfidence dealing with tenants and conducting inspectionsGood organisation and time managementA proactive attitude and genuine interest in progressing within real estateYou don't need to be five years into your career.You do need to understand the basics, be reliable, present well and be ready to get involved.Why Consider This Role?
