We operate four days a week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team, with casual hours available.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, have a secure employment history, and have the proven ability to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.The ideal candidate will have:minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleexperience in a hatted venue or similarknowledge of French cuisineknowledge of French and Australian winea current RSAability to work in a quick-paced environmentability to work Friday and Saturday eveningsa passion for charismatic service and an eye for detail
